Feeling the Love!

This was our first and final roommate date! We did a gift exchange as roommates then went to see the lights at the Riverwoods. Heather (the one in the blue coat) is leaving on her mission to Toronto, Canada so we will be getting a new roommate, but we are so excited! I love these girls so much and couldn't have asked for a better semester. I don't know how I got so lucky, but I will always love each and every one of these girls!

teenage life

Sometimes living with 5 other girls is very interesting. You get the times when... You walk in on one laying on top of her boyfriend, one goes in your closet and takes your food just assuming that it's hers too, one thinks you share your water bottle in the fridge and drinks from it more than you do, one leaves her crusty dirty dishes on the floor in the living room for weeks, hair and makeup coat the bathroom counters, one follows you like a puppy doing everything you do, you come home from work to find one in your bed everyday, one has to one-up everything you say, one doesn't know how to turn of her alarm clock in the mornings letting it go off for an hour, one doesn't know how to turn the lights off and sleeps with them on, one leaves her underwear on the bathroom floor every morning, one leaves tuna casserole dishes on the stove for 3 weeks, there is zero privacy, some like to come in my room and talk while I try to get dressed, one makes you drive her to the grocery store every other day, one sings 24/7 and really shouldn't, one walks out in just underwear every morning on her run to the shower,  and 99% of the time this place is plain disgusting and I need some privacy. But regardless I love where I live and who I live with- most of the time. Life is pretty good, and living with 5 other girls isn't as bad as it could be.

Tonight we had a ward Halloween party. I wasn't going to go because I didn't have a costume. But alas- I went as white trash. My hair bow was made of newspaper! And a lot of people laughed :)

Roommate Lovin'

Remember how I have the greatest roommates ever? I really do. And I really love them. We have so much fun together. Well 4 of us do- Here's our latest...

Someday I will have to post the video of Shan dancing. It is pretty funny and pretty painful when your arms and legs are practically connected.

 Richard Simmons night. They are addicted now. And we love Richard Simmons!

Fall!

It's that time of year again. I really love sitting by the fire! I also can't wait for Christmas- I just love the Christmas season more than anything. But what I really love is driving around drinking hot chocolate and listening to Christmas music. Christmas music makes my heart happy. Except for Little Drummer Boy- the world could do without that song.
